Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Monay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

To use Monay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security Number
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Complete our identity verification process
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Services Description

Monay provides payment and wallet services including:

• Person-to-person money transfers
• Payment requests and invoicing
• Business payment acceptance
• Account balance management

Monay is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Cross River Bank, Member FDIC. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and Fiserv. Identity verification is provided by Persona and Stripe Identity. Digital asset services are provided by Circle and Coinbase. Monay operates internationally with support from our global partner network.

Fees

Certain services may be subject to fees. We will disclose applicable fees before you complete a transaction. Fees are subject to change with notice to you.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Monay for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Transactions involving prohibited goods or services
• Circumventing any limits or restrictions on your account
• Attempting to reverse engineer or access our systems without authorization

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our app. Your continued use of Monay after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
